01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 51bd platform accessible at 51bd.io, including all betting markets, casino games, slots, Keno, payment services, and any other features or content made available by 51bd now or in the future. These Terms are effective as of the date shown above and supersede all prior versions.

By completing the account registration process, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes, that you are not prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable to you, and that all information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

51bd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 51bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. We enforce this requirement without exception. 51bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during the account registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during an active account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in account suspension.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 51bd platform is designed and intended for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online betting and casino services is permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. 51bd does not accept registrations from individuals who are physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold one and only one registered account on the 51bd platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 51bd will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances associated with them pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a verified mobile number linked to your chosen payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided during registration may result in the permanent closure of your account.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 51bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 51bd will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your sole responsibility.

3.2 Account Security

You must notify 51bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any theft or loss of your login credentials, or any other security breach. 51bd will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

51bd may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures at any time. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of your registered payment method, and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe specified by 51bd may be suspended and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. 51bd reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account has been used for fraudulent purposes, or that maintaining the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

51bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 51bd does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider and any account-level limits imposed by 51bd.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to the daily and monthly limits published in the Payments section of the platform and any KYC-related restrictions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to the verified payment account registered to your 51bd account. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account. 51bd aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, KYC status, and the volume of requests. 51bd accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request will only be processed where: (a) your account has passed all applicable KYC checks; (b) any bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds have been fully met; (c) no investigation into potential fraud or bonus abuse is pending on your account; and (d) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the verified limits applicable to your account tier.

4.5 Currency and Charges

All balances on 51bd are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 51bd does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 51bd's control. 51bd is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

51bd offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions specified in the individual promotional terms published alongside each offer. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion — is strictly prohibited. 51bd reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Modifications and Withdrawal of Promotions

51bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and credited to a player's account prior to the modification taking effect.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

51bd may offer special seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, IPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms and any additional conditions stated in their specific promotional pages.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 51bd platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any other relevant details before confirming a wager. 51bd will not cancel, amend, or reverse any confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described in these Terms or applicable product-level rules.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 51bd in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; match or event abandonment; technical failures that materially affect the integrity of the event; or where 51bd determines that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

6.3 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

Cricket betting markets on 51bd cover the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh national team. Specific rules for each cricket market — including how rain interruptions, super overs, and match abandonments are handled — are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform. Players are advised to review these rules before placing bets.

6.4 Live Casino and Slots

All live casino games offered through 51bd are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, NetEnt Live, and Microgaming Live. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 51bd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register multiple accounts
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or insider betting
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 51bd staff or other platform users
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your geographic location
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to access the platform using your credentials

Where a breach of this section is detected, 51bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 51bd platform — including but not limited to the 51bd brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces (where provided by 51bd rather than third-party studios), written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 51bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 51bd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 51bd.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers featured on the 51bd platform — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are the property of their respective owners and are used by 51bd under licence. No rights to these marks are granted to platform users.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

51bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the legal agreement between you and 51bd. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

51bd shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of any odds, market data, or game information displayed on the platform; (d) losses caused by events outside 51bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, government actions, or natural disasters; or (e) any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 51bd uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the platform is available and functional at all times, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and technical issues may cause temporary unavailability, for which 51bd shall not be liable.

12 Amendments to These Terms

51bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 51bd will provide registered players with at least 7 calendar days' notice via email to the address registered to their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform before the effective date of the changes and contact [email protected] to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 51bd operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.

13.1 Dispute Process

The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage through direct communication.

13.2 Escalation

13.3 Finality of Game Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the data recorded on 51bd's servers and the servers of the relevant game provider shall be the sole and conclusive evidence of the outcome. No complaint regarding game outcomes based solely on a player's own recollection or device display will be upheld where server-side records show a different result.
